Meanwhile, in order to prevent viruses, Trojans, or other malicious programs and websites, we may collect information about processes running or data stored in the memory of the device to avoid the risk of leakage of personal information.

4.Location Data: In order to provide functions or services related to the device location, we may collect data about the neighbor blocks or geographic location of the device. We collect and use your personal data mainly for the following purposes:

1. To provide the products and services of the SR Portable system, including but not limited to account registration, device management, troubleshooting, customer support and remote monitoring. And if SR Portable needs to carry out personal information processing activities beyond your original request to the third party, the scope of authorization and consent when third parties provide personal information, we will obtain your express consent before processing it. V. Data Security Measures

1.In terms of data communication, we use security algorithms and transmission encryption protocols, such as SSL, TLS, etc., to ensure the security of data during transmission. In addition, we establish secure data communication channels to prevent unauthorized access and attacks by restricting specific IP addresses, interfaces and protocols.

2.In terms of data storage, we will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose and for the retention period specified by laws and administrative regulations. For example, if you use the SR Portable service, we need to keep your phone number, or email address (including primary registered number, binding number, initial email address, binding email address, etc.) to ensure the service runs properly. When you close SR Portable account, we will delete the corresponding information in accordance with the law. In addition, we need to save your power station information to ensure the monitoring runs normally. When you delete the information of power station, we will delete accordingly.

3.In terms of data monitoring, when you use the device function of querying the list, we need to collect the device status and the serial number(such as load, power grid, etc.) to show you the complete monitoring data. Meanwhile, our monitoring system will collect the uploaded data every 5 minutes for necessary data statistics and analysis. In addition, we will collect the telemetry data including device serial number, status, alarm code, which will be used by the manufacturer to diagnose the fault in case of device failure, as well as to provide you with support and service to solve the problem promptly.

4.In terms of data storage, we save all user data with encryption algorithms such as AES on cloud server in Europe, which is monitored by a professional team around the clock to ensure the security and integrity of the data. We take multi-level measures in physical and logical security, including comprehensive backup, disaster recovery, intrusion detection and firewalls to ensure the security of data storage devices and network.

5.In addition to technical security measures, we also take a series of security steps at the institutional and executive level, such as naming job descriptions and roles, providing security and privacy training, controlling access rights, etc., to prevent data loss, illegal use, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
